Dear Listeners,

 

The MhmKay Podcast centers around social justice, social commentary, cross-cultural communication, organization spotlights, and girl talk.

The MhmKay Podcast is hosted by Molly Roth and Kenisha Lamarre.

 

Kenisha is a junior at UMass Amherst studying Political Science, Social Thought and Political Economy, and AfroAM. Molly is a junior at UMass studying Legal Studies and Cultural Anthropology.

​

Both of us have an undeniable passion for social justice and activism.

 

The way we became friends was unconventional to many social norms as our backgrounds differ greatly. In our cross-cultural friendship, we have learned a lot from each other, by having important conversations about race, justice, and society.

 

We joined together to create this podcast and share these conversations with others.

 

As we continue into season 1 of the MhmKay podcast, our episodes will feature important organizations and interviews, social commentary on modern-day issues, as well as fun, light-hearted "girl-talk" episodes and special guest speakers.
